REQUIREMENTS FOR HOUSING PRICED $1,000/Month OR MORE 

1.

Monthly income from all tenants must equal 2X the rent.

2.

Credit score must be at least 600

                 ----  OR  ----

Provide 2 bills from the past three months. (i.e. phone bill, utilities) & a bank statement from the past 2 months.

3.

Provide reference from most recent landlord. 

4.

No previous felonies and undergo criminal background check.

5.

No evictions within the last 7 years.

6.

No more than $1,000 in past due debt.*

*Student loans & medical bills not considered. 

7.

No more than 3 accounts in collection.

8.

No bankruptcies or foreclosures within the past 2 years & no outstanding utility collections or unpaid utility bills.

Provide reference from most recent landlord.

4.

No more than $1,500 in past due debt.*

8.

COSIGNERS

  1. Credit score must be at least 700.

  2. No more than $500 past due debt.*

  3. No more than one account in collection.

  4. No bankruptcies or foreclosures in the past 7 years.

  1. Monthly income must be at least equal to monthly rent amount.

  2. Credit score must be at least 500.

  3. Provide reference from most recent landlord.

  4. No previous felonies and must undergo criminal background check.

  5. No more than 5 accounts in collection.

  6. No more than $2,500 past due debt.*

  7. No evictions within the last 7 years.

  8. No outstanding utility collections or unpaid utility bills.
